Not only will you spend at least some vacation time thinking about what your competitors are doing, but you will also have a challenge to really enjoy your vacation, and you will have any pending work waiting for you in the office.
Long weekends give you much-needed rest and a chance to refocus on your goals, compared with the whole weekend. When you come back from a small vacation, you will be more likely to bear the workload you missed. Usually, it takes a few days to get back to work after extended vacation, and it takes only a few hours or a whole day for the second shift to recover after a long weekend.
Commitment to develop personal profession
The most important part of your life, whether professional or personal, takes time to "grind". This means that if you don't take the time to improve yourself every day, you will surely slow down your ability. Think about how long your car will last if you drive every day, but never take the time to make sure that the tires are properly inflated, that you change the oil regularly, and that you have plans for maintenance.

Your body is the same as your brain. Ignoring your body can affect your energy level. Never interrupt or neglect your mental health. Feed your mind with new ideas and challenges, otherwise you will be under the pressure of your daily life in an industry that has inevitably been changing.
