- 了解他們想要什麼。問你的外包商,他們為何有興趣為你的公司承包工作?了解他們的期望,可以有助于你在外包工作上的安排。
- 做好約定。清楚約定好你們之間承包約定,包含他們該如何交件,如何驗收以及如何支付工作報酬。
- 建立緊密關係。與他們聊聊他們的家庭、他們的興趣,以及他們在發展中的項目,知道如何可以更進一步幫助他們。
- 讓他們感受到是團隊中的一員。你可以邀請他們參加重要會議,帶他們認識你企業團隊中的其他人,并將他們列入你的郵件分發名單。
- 給予回饋意見。你不需要和他們做很正式的檢討,但是讓你的外包商知道你對他們的評價,讓他們知道可以如何改進工作品質,以及如何才能與你的公司有更好的合作關係。
How to motivate outsourcers?
Leadership management has a different relationship between employees with employment contracts and outsourcers without employment contracts. How do you motivate and manage non-employee outsourcers?
- Know what they want. Ask your outsourcers why they are interested in contracting for your company? Understanding their expectations can help you arrange your outsourcing work.
- Make a good agreement. Clearly agree on the contract agreement between you, including how they should deliver, how to check and accept, and how to pay for the work.
- Establish close relationships. Talk to them about their families, their interests, and their projects in development, and know how to help them further.
- Make them feel part of the team. You can invite them to important meetings, bring them to know other people on your corporate team, and list them on your email distribution list.
- Give feedback. You don't need to have a formal review with them, but let your outsourcers know what you think of them, let them know how to improve the quality of their work and how to have a better partnership with your company.
