超越客戶的期待

在任何經濟形勢下,能夠讓達到超越客戶的期待,都能夠讓你自己贏得職業上獲得跳躍成長的機會。
那麼,應該如何做到呢?
  1. 提前完成。將客戶要求的工作能夠提前完成,可以讓客戶有更多的彈性,也展現出你以客為尊的工作效率。當要與客戶協定工作期限,選擇一個你有自信可以提前完成的協議日程。
  2. 主動提問。如果你能夠為客戶深思熟慮,他會感激你的關切,并認為你是名可靠的夥伴。
  3. 懂得推遲。如果實在難以達到客戶期望,不要硬充英雄,結果讓客戶屆時反而失望,損害自己的信用。你應該展現你是稱職的專業人員,而非只會討好客戶的馬屁精。
  4. 給予回饋。即使是客戶開出來的需求,但是都有完善改進的空間。在取得客戶認可的氛圍下,你可以嘗試給予客戶深入而具有建設性的回饋意見。
