Sales Training

每個產業都會有訓練計劃。有些訓練是在學院辦理的有些是在企業內衣講座的方式辦理的當要做銷售訓練時作法更是多樣從百年依賴一直有的訓練作法到層出不窮的新訓練方式妳必須學習各種銷售訣竅秘訣與技巧
對每一家公司來說不會有一種訓練計劃會是最好的而有幾種訓練方式是可以列入考慮的
1.  在職訓練
在職訓練一直被視為是一種有效而便宜的訓練方式然而唯有你有正確的人做訓練在職訓練才得以進行。成功的銷售高手不見得可以成為訓練講師。業務部經理也不見得是好的訓練講師。業務部經理和銷售訓練講師的工作內涵和作法有很大的不同。這會破壞你的訓練計劃。
許多公司聘用銷售訓練講師負責訓練新進的銷售員而且不僅是要訓練新進人員到成為銷售高手而且是長期持續的訓練在銷售員的職業生涯中一直進行訓練
在職訓練的作法適合你的公司嗎?你可以先調查你的銷售團隊中有誰有興趣並且具有基本的教授技能可以成為講師如果你找不到一名或數名合適的人那麼可以考慮指定每個人都必須輪流擔任講師訓練他們具有講師能力獲得更多不同的訓練風格,更多的想法概念,可以成為很棒的訓練作法
2.  訓練教育班
在你有幾個小時空閒的時候,可以上網搜尋“銷售教育班”。你會發現許多這樣的搜尋結果,每個訓練機構都會號稱他是最棒的訓練者然而,不可能有“最棒的”訓練教育班,沒有人可以號稱他們是No.1
一個適合某個人或是某個公司的訓練教育,不見得適合每個人或每個公司。“顧問式銷售”已經被採用了許多年,但是並非在每個產業都適用例如在財務服務上
雖然市面上游許多的訓練教育班可供你選擇你必須先考慮到你的員工和客戶你應該先盡可能的提出你有興趣的問題,並且進行一些盡職調查(due diligence,再決定你要選擇哪一家。同時,你要和這家訓練教育班討論,制定一套最容易實施,最容易讓你的員工學習的訓練教育計劃以便發揮短期與長期的效果。許多銷售員會在上課的前60天很喜歡課程內容,但是隨後就發現他們的銷售業績又掉回原來的水平。若是出現這樣不能增加業績的結果,實施這樣的訓練教育,可能就得不償失了。
問自己:“什麼是這個訓練教育計劃的實際的期待?”,“我們應該以多長的時間來測試驗證?”
3.  以讀書會來共同學習
市面上有許多講述銷售技巧的書籍或視頻內容,可以選擇合適的書籍或視頻供銷售團隊來共同閱讀,再安排主題共同討論你可以指定人員報告讀書心得,再進行討論,做成結論,最後安排講評人。由於這樣的讀書會在討論過程中,很容易結合銷售員的實務遭遇,容易激發熱情與激烈討論可以產生宏大的效果
每本書都會有一個或幾個銷售策略。閱讀更多的書,就愈能夠豐富銷售思想,獲得更多的銷售技巧。
雖然不是每個人都喜歡閱讀,多數人還是喜歡的。當閱讀心得以簡報方式進行時,容易引起每個人的關注,并激發閱讀的興趣
你可以設定每週固定一個時間來進行讀書會,如此大家就可以養成讀書習慣循序漸進並且可以整理大家的讀書心得與團隊討論結果,成為你們公司獨特的知識系統

3. Study together with the Reading Club
