以建立衝突情境來說服你的聽眾

所有好的演說簡報,就如所有的好故事,都會帶有一些衝突情境,以及如何解決衝突的說法。這樣的不和諧狀況可以引起聽眾高度的關注。你的演說簡報也應該混入這樣的衝突情境,說現在是什麼樣的事實,也提出未來可能的變化。
你可以在開場的時候先介紹聽眾們都認知的生活現況,他們會因為有真實認知體驗而點頭。然後,他們就會開始期待你預備如何來改變現況。
一旦你設定好了基調,你就可以開始介紹你對未來的想法。這樣在現況與未來發展的差距,就可以讓聽眾產生一種想要知道如何平衡的期待,這樣就創造出一種如何去解決它的緊張狀態。
你可以繼續來回反復的製造在現況與更美好的未來發展之間起伏轉折,最後讓聽眾自己產生一種“幸福感”,并因而同意採納你的建議方案。

Persuade your audience by creating conflict situations
All good speeches, like all good stories, have some conflict situations and how to resolve them. Such disharmony can arouse high attention of the audience. Your speech briefing should also be mingled with such conflict situations, saying what the facts are, and proposing possible changes in the future.
You can start by introducing what the audience knows about life, and they will nod because they have a real cognitive experience. Then they will start expecting you to prepare how to change the situation.
Once you set the tone, you can begin to introduce your thoughts about the future. In this way, the gap between the current situation and the future development can give the audience a kind of expectation that they want to know how to balance, thus creating a kind of tension to solve it.
You can continue to make the ups and downs between the status quo and the better future, and eventually allow the audience to create a "sense of happiness" of their own, and consequently agree to adopt your proposal.
