Many successful salesmen can't tell you how different they are. This is because they do things naturally.
The following are three characteristics of top salesmen:
- Modesty. Unlike our general impression that salesmen are mostly aggressive and arrogant, the best salesmen are quite modest. They are able to win orders because they prioritize their customers' concerns and respect their customers.
- Curiosity. Top salesmen are thirsty for knowledge and information. This makes them always ask many curious questions when visiting customers in order to find solutions that can satisfy customers.
- Forget yourself. The best salesmen are able to fight for their mission with ease. They take positive actions in the face of high challenges from customers, do not flinch, and can motivate themselves to continue to develop new customers.
