- Let them interact. Networking your customers with others who share the same interests as him. Use live activities, or seminars, or other social networks that connect them, such as building fan groups or communities on Facebook, so that they can share ideas and learn from each other.
- Promote their successful experience. They will be concerned about how to use your product to achieve some kind of satisfaction, or to solve some kind of problem. Introduce your client's successful experiences or cases to any document or media.
- Let their representatives speak. Ask your public relations staff to invite them to attend public lectures or media to speak for your company and products or services and to share their experience in using them.
