你可以經常請你的同事，包含你所指導的下屬，請他們閱讀你的草稿，聽聽他們的回饋建議，請他們註記應該注意的段落文句，并寫下他們的更正意見。不要在態度上抗拒他們的意見。要一直感謝他們所提供的協助。

A good author will welcome a good revision editor. A bad writer would hate them as an insult to him.
You should share your drafts with people who are better at writing than you, and their feedback will be much faster than your writing alone.
You can often ask your colleagues, including your supervisors, to read your draft, listen to their feedback suggestions, ask them to note the paragraphs they should pay attention to, and write down their corrections. Don't resist their opinions in attitude. Thank them all the time for their assistance.
Keep room for progress instead of seeing it as your weakness.
